Live from Guatemala! I have been on the run in Central America for six weeks now and have met amazing people and experienced untold joy through witnessing the natural splendors and magic of Guatemala. I will be headed to Lake Nicaragua next week with my brilliant Austrian friend Hannis. I will miss the intensity of the lake, as it radiates constant fascinating energy. My Spanish has improved tremendously, it`s cool to have full conversations in another language and hit that glory zone where you can at least find other words to explain yourself and get your point across. If anyone feels the need to fall off the face of the earth, I would highly recommend coming here to Lago de Atitlan, in San Marcos. It`s hard to leave though! I just returned from a relaxing trip to Antigua and played some tunes at Rainbow cafe and Cafe no se. I ran into friends I wasn`t expecting to see, it was grand. I have been full of inspiration and have written some new material, looking forward to the send down when I have recordings. Take care all!

I will live my life as a parallel journey combining the youthful exuberance of my past with a future evolution embracing the 21st century. Human life is like a caterpillar inside a cocoon although not everyone would be so fortunate as to break free and taste the nectar of life, perhaps until the very fleeting moments before our death encounters us. You are the present tense. You are the light that guides the birds across the ocean and drives the winds of change. You alone can transcend yourselves from the rigors of modern life. You alone will be able to tap into your mental abilities such are so powerful as to reveal the magical qualities we are all unable to comprehend. Deep breathing and meditation techniques will put you in touch with your physical being and will release the interconnectedness we share with every human alive in the world today. Only by recognizing the importance of tolerance and acceptance of all other people could we ever expect to solve the most pressing difficulties we endure as human beings. You are the present tense and that as has passed and that which will be is solely dependent upon our ability to recognize the power of our souls and the rate at which our compassion towards others multiply onto themselves and with the turn of positive affirmations our world spins onto itself leading us much closer towards gratitude, fulfillment, and love of the world. This may be construed as our last chance to shape up lest our world escapes us leading us crashing into uncertain misery far more devastating than the cruel realities we now face. You are the agent of change: a vibrating mass of positive energy, beautiful, harmonious and our lives are now dependent on our ability to call into effect this longing to materialize into beings of much deeper feelings and intellect we are all so capable of.
